Head Chef Adrian Attwood has launched a new menu full of house made sauces, local Vermont providers, and new twists on American bistro classics. Try the Railroad Onion Rings presented on a rail spike, dive into our malt vinegar aioli, or enjoy the Terras Major steak - already a house favorite. The new wine list has over one hundred varieties and the beer list now contains over ten beers on tap and over fifty specialty bottled beers. Explore, Eat, Enjoy.
